Warranty

All our Saint Bones timepieces are covered with 2-years limited international warranty starting from the day of delivery. The warranty does not cover any damage of any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch. The warranty also doesn't cover traces of wear and tear (like scratches on the case or crystal, creasing of leather straps) and cases of natural oxidation of sterling silver. The warranty covers cases of faulty craftsmanship.

Returns

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery for eligible returns. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, with tags attached (where applicable), and in pristine, unused condition. Some exclusions may be applied upon the decision of Saint Bones.

Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless it complies with warranty terms.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@saintbones.com. Once we get your inquiry with all the necessary information, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that products sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Also, in the case of an exchange of size or/and color, the shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Duties and taxes collected by your national customs and related agents cannot be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

You may also exchange one product for another, provided that the item is in pristine, unused condition with tags attached. However, the exchange is subject to product availability. The price difference between the products will either be deducted and refunded, or the difference will be compensated by the customer in case the newly purchased product costs more than the previous one. Please be aware that the sale of bespoke pieces, any sort of customized pieces, as well as those paid for with gift cards, are final and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues

Please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the fund.

While the refund amount will be full, with no deduction applied, minor changes may occur due to currency conversions, if applicable. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, or any other relevant fees incurred while receiving your order are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
