At Saint Bones, we pride ourselves on our ability to create custom timepieces tailored to our customers' individual ideas and preferences. Our expert craftsmen and designers work diligently to bring your vision to life, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Imagination is the limit; your unique timepiece can be based on the existing Saint Bones design or designed from scratch. It can be made in sterling silver, gold, platinum, titanium, or in mixed metals. Set with diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and tourmalines. Paired with a bespoke bracelet or bespoke handcrafted leather strap, with bespoke dial and hands, you name it.

Every project requires a unique approach, so the process normally starts with a short briefing to understand your vision and guide you through the varying degrees of complexity we might face implementing different ideas. It is crucial since the complexity (or ease) of some parts could be very deceiving.

Once the briefing is completed and preliminary details are clear, we will calculate an estimated budget and time it will need to bring the project to life and submit the draft contract for your approval. Every project requires an advance payment which can be partially or completely unrefundable. The percentage of the downpayment depends a lot on the complexity of the project and normally ranges from 40% to 100%.   

When the contract is signed, we prepare a fully detailed brief and begin sketching. If it comes to the creation of a unique timepiece, the workflow normally includes the following steps: sketching - preliminary approval - modeling - preliminary visualization - approval - pre-production \ prototyping (when necessary) - production - assembly - finishing - delivery.

Please, keep in mind that despite our extensive experience, this will never be a quick process. A minor customization of the existing design will add 3-4 weeks to the production time. Significant customization of the existing design can take from 4 to 8 weeks in addition to the standard lead time. A unique piece will take at least 16 weeks to make, even if designs are approved instantly, and we face no obstacles en route.

What we can not do:

• Customize your existing timepiece manufactured by another watch brand
• Create any kind of copy, hommage, or piece that is heavily inspired by existing designs owned by other watch or jewelry manufacturers
• Use motif, logo, or any other intellectual property without authorization
